Europe’s and Asia’s Blockchain Associations Sue Google, Twitter, Facebook and Yandex
March 29, 2018
Blockchain associations of Russia, South Korea and People’s Republic of China plan to sue by the end of spring a number of largest Internet corporations, namely Google, Twitter, Facebook and Yandex. The decision taken by Russian Association of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain, Korea Venture Business Association and PRC’s Association of Crypto Investors was caused by ban on virtual currency ads at the above mentioned resources.
The RACIB’s President Yury Pripachkin criticized the ban as the actions by media giants have affected crypto market negatively and obviously keep it down.
The lawsuit was decided to be filed in the US as some states there are receptive to cryptocurrencies. For instance, over the last months State of Wyoming has passed a number of laws on making digital currencies tax free and slackened securities standards.
