TON Raises $850 mln During Second Round of ICO

According to SEC, Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram messenger, has submitted a report to the US authorities on having attracted $850 mln for TON blockchain in the second round of private ICO. 94 investors took part in the course of the ICO yet their names are kept secret.
What is known is that Russian businessman Roman Abramovich invested up to $300 mln into the project during the first round although his spokesperson has denied partially this information. Total number of 81 investors also includes QIWI’s CEO Sergey Solonin and co-founder to WBD David Yakobashvili.
As reports say, TON's release is planned until end of October 2019.
