LINE Comes With Its Own Bitbox Crypto Exchange

Japan-based IT-company LINE has declared it began developing its own crypto exchange Bitbox headquartered in Singapore.
In the statement published this Tuesday, June 17, LINE explained that Bitbox will support cryptocurrency trading pairs only. Currently the platform allow for trading with 30 digital currencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP and BCH.
To celebrate the opening, Bitbox offered its customers zero-commission fees for all enlisted currencies within a month since the start and announced rewarding the first two million users $10 in cryptocurrency that can be used later in trade operations.
The Bitbox’s services are reported to stay available for all users around the globe except for citizens of the US and Japan due to lack of mandatory operational license there. According to CCN, at the beginning of this year LINE already filed corresponding application to the Japan’s Financial Services Agency that is under review now.
