Lightning Bitcoin's Hard Fork Taken Place
December 19, 2017
Forecasted by experts by the end of the year, the hard fork of Lightning Bitcoin took place on December 18.
The main difference from the classic Bitcoin is the data transfer rate, which is performed using the mechanism of Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS).
On the Lightning Bitcoin's official Twitter page, there was published information according to which developers congratulate their users on starting work. In addition, the project team gave a list of services that support LBTC. In total there are about thirty of them, including OKEx.
The developers are convinced that their new system will give the cryptocurrency independence from the miners-tycoons who have occupied the main Bitcoin's chain.
